Dawn and Ryan Sicard Aug. 3rd 2007
My cousin Ryan was Married on Aug. 3rd this Summer. What a beautiful wedding ceremony. It was fun to be together with a lot of family members in one location. This doesn't happen much any more. The boys were in awe of Dawn the bride. Carson wanted to dance with her over and over during the dollar dance. He cut in front of everyone. Of course who could resist his smile. No one argued. Garrett was more concerned with how many times he could break dance on the wood floors.

I look to sweet to do anything wrong.
Doesn't Carson look so sweet. His curls his smile. And he is indeed a very sweet boy. But occasionally he likes to beat up Garrett and show him who is boss. Garrett of course lets him. These are a few pictures that were took with The Wagoners (I always spell their name wrong). Garrett of course is loving the opportunity to hold adison. This is one of his favorite things to do. Adison does not always enjoy this. But when she does it is precious
Adi's First taste of Baby food
Adison tried some peas for the first time back in August. She did not like them at all. She refused to open her mouth. Boy was it a mess. They boys enjoyed trying to feed her and watch her spit every bite out.
Since then she has started eating sweet potatoes and I am very deligently trying to get her to eat green beans and carrots. Not very successfully though.

TRIP GONE BAD
Our trip to Wisconsin would not have been complete without a little drama. Afterall chaos is what our lives is full of. Throughout our trip we continually tried to rent a golf cart. Of course they were completely booked. On the last day of our stay one became available. Less than two hours before our scheduled departure Mike, Kristin, Shelby and the boys decided to take the cart out for a ride. Mike thought it would be fun to let Kristin drive. Keep in mind this was her first driving experience. As they rounded the corner going full speed the golf cart tipped and all on board went flying. Some might ask why they didn't slow down. Well they tried the cart just didn't slow down as fast as they had hoped.
Carson, Shelby and Mike were injured the most. As they returned to the campsite Mike says very calmly, Kelly I need some help here. I look over wondering what he could have possibly said to make all the kids cry. Then I realize Carson is bleeding and shelby is in a state of shock. He says we tipped the cart very calmly. The rest is history.
It definitly makes for a good story for the future. I thank God everyone was alright.
This is Mike flaunting his stuff in my clothes - this is not normal behavior at the border house but he thought it would make the girls laugh. I am just mean and thought it would be funny to post. Plus you can see his horrible bruise.
Carsons face healed in less than a week with the aid of neosporin. I guess the key is not letting it scab.
